Will the AI place an order without my customer confirming?

Never. Before any sensitive action — placing an order, issuing a refund, or applying store credit — the agent shows a clear summary and waits for explicit "yes/confirm" from the customer. Every action is also logged in a permanent audit trail.

How is it "trained on my brand"?
